Ingredients
6 cups (48 oz) – Cranberry Juice (100% juice blend)
5 cups (40 oz) – Orange Juice (pulp-free preferred)
2 liters – Spiced Soda (Winter Spiced Cranberry soda, or Ginger Ale, 7UP, sparkling water, or club soda)
2 tablespoons – Fresh Rosemary
2 tablespoons – Fresh Mint leaves
1 cup – Fresh Cranberries
1 – Orange, sliced
1 – Lime, sliced
Ice cubes, as needed
Instructions
-
In a large punch bowl or jar, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, citrus slices, fresh rosemary, mint leaves, and cranberries.
-
Stir gently to mix all ingredients.
-
Just before serving, add ice cubes and spiced soda. Serve immediately.
Optional: For a festive touch, create an ice ring by freezing cranberries, citrus slices, and fresh herbs in a bundt pan with filtered water. Add the ice ring to the punch bowl before pouring the punch over it.
Notes
- Always add soda and ice just before serving to maintain the fizz.
- Keep all ingredients cold to prevent dilution from melting ice.
- Substitute soda with sparkling water or club soda with a touch of simple syrup if desired.
- For smaller gatherings, halve the recipe.
- Garnishes enhance the presentation; remove cranberries when serving children to avoid choking hazards.
- Optional: Turn into a cocktail by adding rum, vodka, or another preferred spirit.
